**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead daily task allocation and expectations for crews
- Drive safety leadership through strong field presence and coaching
- Monitor high-risk task compliance and safety controls
- Ensure adherence to client systems and processes (e.g. SAP)
- Oversee task execution and team performance through the shift
- Pre-plan tasks to enable safe, smooth delivery
- Support employee development and team capability
- Attend client meetings and manage daily site communication
- Ensure equipment and work areas are safe and well maintained

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Previous leadership experience in mining, operations, or sales
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Lab DAS
- Solid understanding of mining operations, ideally with shutdown exposure
- Valid Driving Licence
- White Card

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Familiarity with conveyor systems and materials handling
- Knowledge of industry best practice and relevant regulations
- Hands-on experience in mine site environments
