We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Area Coordinator to join the New Womens and Babies Hospital Team in Perth In this role, you will effectively provide comphensive Level 1 to Level 3 IT support across multiple construction and operational sites, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and infrastructurre readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Perth Women and Babies Hospital
Webuild is the preferred bidder for the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:
- Providing Level 1-3 IT support across construction and office sites.
- Performing onboarding tasks including new user creation and access provisioning.
- Building and deploying laptops and other end-user devices.
- Maintaining IT documentation including asset registers and configuration records.
- Raising purchase requests and assisting with IT procurement processes
What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience in IT support roles (Level 1-3).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (preferably Freshservice).
- Basic understanding of procurement and purchase request workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Experience in construction or healthcare environments (desirable).
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
