**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Rostering healthcare workers** using HCA’s booking system
- Effectively **managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment or call center environment; preferably in either Communities, Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly desirable
- A high level of attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- A passion for working with people with disabilities, people experiencing homelessness and supporting children with a background of trauma.
