**About the role**

As a Solution Consultant at Tambla, your role is to provide consulting services and solutions to our customers through fresh thinking, high performance, and a
**commitment to quality.**

Working with an exceptional team, your role will include but not be limited to:

- Working closely with the sales team to define functional and technical requirements to tackle client and prospect business challenges.
- Crafting and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase solution differentiators
- Responding to customer requests for information
- Coordination and completion of functional responses for Expression of Interests (EOI) and Request for Tender / Proposal (RFT / RFP)
- Development of SOWs, Solution Designs and Pricing of services for clients
- Company & solution advocacy

**Skills and Experience**
- A solid understanding of Australian HR and payroll legislation
- A proven track record in consulting, problem solving and stakeholder management
- Configuration of HR technology solutions
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Implementation, Consulting or Training experience
- Knowledge and experience in any relational Database Management System would be a bonus
- Rostering or payroll experience (this would be ideal)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (especially presentations)
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent listening and diplomacy
