The Role

This is a dual-pathway role combining strategic marketing leadership with professional development as a negotiation trainer. Initially, you will drive brand awareness and course sales through the design and execution of a targeted marketing strategy. Over 6–12 months, you will progressively step into a co-presenter role, learning to deliver industry-leading training and coaching.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market
  • Lead brand positioning, lead generation, and alumni engagement activities
  • Manage and activate internal and external marketing resources
  • Undertake 'Train the Trainer' qualification to deliver Scotwork courses
  • Co-present negotiation skills workshops nationally (3-day delivery format)
  • Comply with operational tasks including Salesforce, expenses, and course admin
  • Build strong client relationships and progressively support consulting engagements

About You

You are a commercially minded marketing professional with strong communication skills and a passion for presenting. You're eager to learn, comfortable with travel, and keen to grow into a facilitator and potential partner within the business.

Your background will demonstrate:

  • Proven marketing strategy experience in B2B or professional services
  • Confidence in public speaking and engaging diverse audiences
  • Ability to learn new content and co-facilitate training effectively
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Capability to connect with senior professionals across industries
  • Commercial acumen and a client-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel nationally, up to 2 weeks per month

Remuneration:

  • Starting salary: $145,000 incl. super
