Job description:
**Position Title**: Support Worker
**Location**:Brunwick, VIC
**Hours**:6 hours per day, 7 days per week
**Employment Type**: Casual

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming as required
- Support with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and household maintenance
- Assist with community access, appointments, and recreational activities
- Encourage daily routines, independence, and skill development
- Monitor and record client progress, wellbeing, and any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with family members, the support coordination team, and healthcare professionals

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Experience supporting clients with physical or cognitive disabilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
