**The Role**:
As a Community Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of a supportive team that provides outstanding care and fosters positive connections for our clients. You will be helping our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities including all aspects of personal care, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and social activities with a focus on keeping clients involved.
**About You**:
You have a genuine passion for working with older people and enjoy providing high-quality support and care to people in their own homes and community.
You have:
- Full driver's license
- Roadworthy & comprehensively insured vehicle
- Covid-19 Vaccinations including boosters (Essential)
- Flu Vaccinations ongoing
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- National Police Clearance (No older than 2 years)
- Reliability and flexibility to work for casual hours
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work within the aged care standards
- Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Live locally in the Southern Suburbs area
