Care Squad is looking for dedicated support workers to join our team and make a positive impact with client's based in Southern Suburbs (Mitchell Park, Morphett Vale, Reynella, Seacliff Park)**

**Position**: Support Worker
**Location**: Southern Suburbs - Multiple sites

**Shift Requirements**
- Experience: Experience working in behaviour support and restrictive practices (RPs).
- Experience: Experience working with client's with Mental Health

**Responsibilities**:

- Support client's in home and out in the community
- Provide companionship
- Assist in designing and implementing a community access program tailored to the client’s interests and goals.
- Liaise closely with the client’s family's and other professionals involved
- Adhere to the Clients Positive Behaviour Support Plan to ensure the client’s safety and well-being.

**Job Types**:
Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Pay**: $41.76 - $46.77 per hour

**Expected hours**: 15 - 30 per week
