**What this opportunity involves**:
We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual to lead our Lease Administration team across one of our major (and very well known) Government client accounts. A high degree of independence is required in this role where you will be mentoring and guiding a tight knit team.

**An Overview of the role**:
Directly responsible for all base reporting, performance and compliance requirements

Provide lease reports and compliance audits on a monthly basis

Ensuring monthly team KPIs are met

Assist with budgeting and reporting

Oversee the lease administration service delivery to the client and act as a single point of contact

Provide guidance and assistance to the team

Triage escalations and manage risk successfully

Work collaboratively with broader internal and external teams, including Property Managers and client staff

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Tertiary Qualifications in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law or at least 3-5 years relevant work experience

Understand and interprets commercial contracts and Rent Roll reporting

Works strongly both independently as well as in a team

Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliations

Experience using property management or lease administration system

Exposure to managing direct reports

Client and stakeholder management experience

Australian Citizenship is essential due to the Government Accounts requirements for baseline security clearance.
