**Marketing Specialist**

**About the Role**

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment and enjoys engaging with students while driving marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality student support and contributing to the growth and visibility of Holmes Institute through effective marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Duties**
- Coordinate student recruitment initiatives, including open days, information sessions, and campus tours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Plan and implement social engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including teaching staff, admissions and alumni to create student success stories and testimonials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital engagement.
- Social media channels and contribute to content strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including prospective students, alumni, and industry partners.
- Deliver outstanding support to students across all stages of their academic journey.
- Assist with orientation programs, academic and wellbeing support, and student engagement activities.

**You**
- Experience in student services, marketing, or a similar role in an education environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and content creation is a plus.
- A passion for education and supporting student success.
