**What you'll be doing**
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and secretarial support in a high volume work environment, requiring mínimal supervision
- Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages to complete work activities
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of medical terminology, and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 98% accuracy using digital transcription equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and proven experience in handling distressed customers/clients, and knowing when to escalate matters approriately
- Ability to work in a responsible and efficient manner in a team environment, and to effectively communicate with all members of the multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated time management skills and capacity to prioritise workloads, taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to operate effectively in an environment that could be distressing, ensuring to raise any associated concerns and/or need for support, and adopt self-care strategies
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSWHP RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence
