Health Care Worker - Casual
Maryborough District Health Service offers a comprehensive range of services to our community and as a result has a number of opportunities available for Health Care Workers.

**To be eligible to join our casual bank you will need**:

- to be suitably qualified as per the Position Description
- have professional communication skills
- strong commitment to high quality patient care
- demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- knowledge of the Montessori Model of Care
- Basic Life Support Certificate

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
KSC1 - Demonstrate the ability to undertake appropriate care that meets the individual needs of the resident and relatives.
KSC2 - Demonstrate an ability to develop and review Resident Care Plans.
KSC3 - Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, carers, staff and others.
KSC4 - Well developed written skills.
KSC5 - Demonstrated evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.
