This position is with a well respected Australian Bank, who are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their established Brisbane team.

Reporting to the Banking Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Processing customer transactional banking needs
- identifying customer need opportunities and referring more complex banking needs by arranging the customer to meet with the appropriate specialist team member.
- Supporting the Bank Manager/Assistant Bank Manager by completing delegated tasks and ensuring quality assurance standards are maintained within the position’s control.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Proven experience in customer service and/or Retail/cash handling.

**What you'll get in return**
