As Customer Service Support Officer, you will join us in our mission to give the best casual dining experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value, so that every guest in every restaurant has a reason to return.

**Key duties of the position**:
Working from our Head Office location in Chester Hill, our Customer Service Team are responsible for:

- Escalating customer issues to relevant stores/management
- Booking reservations and processing takeaway orders
- Using a bookings management system
- Reception duties
- Managing our Rewards Member Database
- Providing a high level of service to customers at all times
- Adhoc admin or office tasks

**Hours of Work**
- Our customer support team operates from 8am to 9:30pm Monday - Sunday including public holidays
- In addition to flexible availability, we are particularly seeking applicants available on Friday and Saturday evenings/nights
- Have great customer service, and a positive mind-set
- Be an effective communicator with a clear phone voice
- Be able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to follow processes and a willingness to learn
- Be a real team player and be prepared to assist wherever required
- Have initiative, be punctual and well presented
- Have a big welcoming smile that can be seen on entering the office and felt over the phone
- Be flexible, with availability to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience is an advantage but not essential
- Sound administration skills in outlook and excel is an advantage

Having access to your own car is preferred as there is limited public transport available in the area.
