In Australia we operate a local office and distribution centre in Western Sydney servicing more than 30,000 customers across Australia and NZ.

**About the Role**

The Warehouse Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers, suppliers and sub-contractors. Leading a team of up to 5 people, the role is pivotal to ensuring overall customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience.

In this role it is crucial that you contribute to the overall departmental service levels whilst delivering against your individual KPI’s. You will also be called upon to assist other warehouse departments when required.

You will lead the way in maintaining daily, weekly and monthly operational KPI/ metrics data and updating related notice boards.

It is essential that the Warehouse Customer Service Team Leader can clearly communicate business and customer needs to their respective team to ensure workload is prioritised whilst maintaining a healthy and safe working environment at all times.

**About You**

You are an upbeat and self-motivated individual that is experienced in leading a customer service team within a fast moving customer-focused distribution centre. You have strong communication skills, particularly with face to face customer interactions. You have solid PC skills with mid-high level aptitude in Microsoft Office. You are organised with a focus on continuous improvement and are skilled in implementing new procedures to drive change. Collaboration, ownership, proactivity and getting results are all essential to success in this role.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
