As an IT Support Officer, you will join us in our mission to give the best casual dining experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value, so that every guest in every restaurant has a reason to return.

**Key duties of the position**:
Working from our Head Office location in Chester Hill, our IT Support Team are responsible for providing support of, and compliance to, the standards and processes that underpin the provision of IT support services to the organisation across all system areas.
- Liaise with Vendors on related vendor support to get issues resolved
- Manage and update the reporting manager on ongoing issues and their status
- Monitor the networks and assist with Network upgrades
- Assist on store related technology issues whether it be hardware or software
- On call availability on Weekends and Public holidays
- Skill to adapt and learn to new technologies quick
- Good writing and speaking communication

**Hours of Work**:

- Our IT support team operates from 16/7 including public holidays on Rostered shifts.
- We are seeking someone who has flexible availability
- Demonstrate through behavior an understanding of our values
- Some prior experience in an IT support role
- An ability to self-manage tasks and workload and have a logical, flexible and thorough approach to work performed;
- Knowledge on Networking and Firewall would be an added advantage.
- Be able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to follow processes and a willingness to learn
- Be a real team player and be prepared to assist wherever required
- Have initiative, be punctual and well presented
- Be flexible, with availability to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience is an advantage but not essential

**Having access to your own car is preferred as there is limited public transport available in the area.
