Our client, is currently seeking experienced Customer Support Officers for this dynamic role, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities. This is a pivotal role providing proactive support, streamlined administration and accurate data management.. Your duties will include:
- Assist customers via various inbound and outbound channels, addressing inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promptly resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records, including data entry and detailed note taking.
- Participate in monitoring and addressing daily Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers, contributing to the improvement of existing procedures.

- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Previous Government experience is highly desirable
