**You'll be responsible for**
- Delivering a positive customer experience while negotiating debt recovery options
- Investigating claims and gathering evidence to determine liability
- Adhering to laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance
- Engaging with third parties in an empathetic and respectful manner

**About you**
- Experience in motor claims or debt recovery would be highly desirable
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
