We’d love to see you grow and expand your AP skillset in our team, and to begin with, you’ll be focused on two main areas:

- As the first point of contact for inbound phone calls to the AP department, you’ll be responsible for solving enquiries from internal and external stakeholders before handing over or escalating.
- Processing supplier invoices that have not been picked up by our automation processes. We use the latest technologies in OCR and process automation, and we’ll teach you how to identify gaps and implement fixes to improve our efficiency.

This is an opportunity to gain experience with a large national company with a broad supplier network. As you grow and settle in, you’ll be given opportunities contribute to process improvement, auditing, workflow, and ad-hoc assignments.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Certification in Accounting or Finance and/or relevant work history
- Basic Excel hands on experience is required
- Ability to manage and process high volumes
- OCR and process automation experience would be good, but we can teach you
- Logical and solutions focused mindset
- Able to recognise trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement
- Supplier and stakeholder management skills

This role would suit people from various backgrounds or stages in their career. You could be a finance grad looking for you’re first full time gig in AP, moving from a busy Accountant role, or maybe you’ve done the hard yards in AP and looking for more of a processing role.
