**About the Role**

The GIS Officer delivers high quality expertise, advice, and services to make sure that spatial data are sourced, managed, accessible by planners and directed to provide supporting analytical reports and mapping outputs.

**Skills & Experience**

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide high quality expertise for integration and high-end manipulation and analysis of spatial data using GIS software.
- Shape and preserve relationships with representatives of key agencies, including local government, community groups and other stakeholders.
- Create high grade maps and reports in unity with corporate standards.

**Key challenges**
- Carry out projects and designated tasks in an energetic and complex setting where differing interests and opinions of stakeholders demand frequent monitoring and analysis.
- Handling consultations and negotiations with different stakeholders, within settled timelines.
- Attaining project deadlines and indicators to the necessary standards and within budget, organising and produce several projects which are complex and interconnected.
