We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Demand Support Officer on a 12 month fixed-term contract role with a potential to convert in to a permanent role, based in our Eagle Farm, Brisbane office. The Demand Support is responsible for supporting administrative tasks related to supply chain and demand support, help in reporting, auditing and improving the services. This role will also help in supporting financial controls team with regards to reporting, auditing and improving the invoicing and financial administration services. This is a hybrid role with a combination of working on-site and from home. **How about you?** To be successful in this role, you will have: - Experience in a similar role with a focus on various sales/administrative or finance tasks, ideally within a similar supply chain environment. - Experience using MS Office tools, especially in Word and Excel and experience with the development of supplier reports. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and sound knowledge of business principles and procedures. - Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an ability to problem solve. - Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, with an ability to work with and get along with a wide variety of personnel and third parties. **As part of our commitment, we offer**: - Attractive remuneration package. - Leading leave policies. - Growth and Development opportunities. - Study Assistance. - Employee discounts. - Gym Membership (Fitness passport). - ThalesFlex - flexibility of working is our everyday. - Family Support through our partnership with parents at work. **Good to Know**: As part of our standard process you will complete police, medical, employment and reference checks.
