Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across Southeast Queensland.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

Based across the Archerfield and Eagle Farm depot’s, the Maintenance Delivery Coordinator is integral to the seamless execution of the Operational Maintenance plan. This is a fluid role involving Planning across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical streams, accountable for workorders, dispatching works, optimising work execution and allocating resources. This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, working with a supportive, collaborative and high-performing operational team.

Key duties include:

- Plan, schedule and dispatch maintenance work order packages in accordance with Operational Maintenance Plan.
- Manage workflow queue’s ensuring timely completion to KPI and client standard.
- Optimise work, travel, field workforce dispatch and manage unforeseen impacts to existing plans.
- Liaise with Supervisors and Leading Hands to proactively identify, manage and initiate plans to minimise risks and prevent problems from recurring.
- Maintain database and keep accurate and complete records of business activities through official documentation programs and channels.
- Provide support and/or fill in for the Lead Planner in time of absence or high demand.
- Rescheduling or cancelling jobs as required, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Planning experience in a maintenance environment, managing high volume maintenance work orders.
- Ability to manipulate plans in progress to satisfy to changing priorities.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, IT skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexibility and adaptively within a collaborative and complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a team dynamic and closeknit culture.
- Strong ability to manage and navigate pushback from stakeholders and/or the client.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation capabilities.
