The Role

Based in the Eagle Farm office, you will provide critical administrative support to a specialised state-wide division. You will work closely with the Division Manager and Supervisor, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Duties

  • Inbox Management - triaging and prioritising requests.
  • Coordinating the flow of invoices and ensuring they are accurately sent for coding.
  • Managing data entry tasks and professional correspondence with various internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced industrial or commercial environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and a quick learner of new internal systems.
  • A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
