**The Role**

The Project Support Officer will work collaboratively with other program support colleagues to align program objectives. The role includes maintaining project documentation, updating risk registers, task tracking, stakeholder communication and providing updates regarding project status. The Project Support Officer will be a highly organised, dynamic, outcome orientated individual who can work collaboratively and constructively as part of an Agile delivery team to ensure the timely delivery the capability.

**Duties Include**
- Handle a variety of other project delivery work tasks including being able to adapt and respond promptly to changing and competing priorities at short notice
- Resolve problems using expertise, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action
- Secretariat responsibilities relating to the status of action items arising from meetings to support project/team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures
- Establish and maintain project management artefacts in accordance with the endorsed project management
