The Opportunity Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a LED Signage Project specialist/Technical support officer for commercial display including Digital Signage, Video Wall and Display experience. Main responsibilities will be supporting the business via managing Installation, maintenance and Field support to business partners by technical skill-set and ability to work with business System Installer, Installation & maintenance partners and also with B2B clients. **Role and Responsibilities** The focus of the role is to support both post/pre-sales technical support for LED Installation projects. Coordinate with Sales and SVC Team with LED Projects/Tenders in installation, commissioning and post-sale support. The position is to lead and standardise the overall process of LED signage project and also to manage escalations from clients to provide timely resolutions. Main duties include (but not limited to): - Support Sales Team for new LED Project in Installation and commissioning. - Support SVC Team for managing the maintenance plan for LED project & managing LED RMA process. - Create project plans and manage the roll out and delivery of Installation plan to Install partners. Also to m aintain documentations of LED projects and Commissioning reports. - Site visit to assess pre and post installation of display projects. - Produce a commissioning report by means of visiting site prior to completion when requested or necessary. Or review and sign-off on a commissioning report produced by designated 3rd party. - Provide technical expertise and support for our products for system installer and Installation partner by assisting with Technical support enquires on LED projects and Plan. **Skills and Qualifications** To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include: - 3 to 5 years of AV Installation in IT Services - Project management in IT Industry - Experienced in training other Technical Staff - ITIL Certification Preferred - Collaborative on all levels and outstanding customer service skills. **What sets us apart from the rest?** A global leader in all things innovation - this opportunity will fast track your career.
