**About the role**
We operate 3 state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled commercially competitive production facilities, serving many pharmaceutical customers throughout Australia.
These facilities are also where we support people with disability of all ages in gaining useful paid experience.

As a Process Worker, working in both a team environment and independently you will effectively carry out assigned tasks to the required TGA quality standards and within the allocated timelines alongside people with a disability.

We are currently recruiting for energetic, dedicated, hardworking Process Workers based at our site in Allambie Heights. We are looking to fill shifts between Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. As we are experiencing growth within our services, potential to earn overtime is on offer.

**Key Focus**
Ensure all production documents provided by the Team Leader are read and understood.
Meet production and/or work schedules
Ensure clean room production lines are maintained as set up so that material flow from storage to outward despatch occurs efficiently without undue delays, bottlenecks and wastage.
Ensure that non-compliant product and materials are identified and processed according to procedure
Guide and mentor our supported employees to reach production targets

**About you**
Packaging experience in a fast paced environment is essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills
Ability to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the workplace
Experience working with people with a disability is advantageous
Passion to work with people with disability is a must
