We're looking for an enthusiastic Assembly Worker to join our team

This entry-level, full-time role offers a chance to work hands-on with HVAC units, particularly exhaust fans.

No previous experience is required, but you should be comfortable using tools and working with your hands.

You'll assemble a variety of products, with the opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours a week with the opportunity to earn overtime once you have gained sufficient experience.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday (7.30am – 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am – 11.30am).

Key responsibilities:
  • Assemble products following standard procedures and company specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks during and after assembly.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including OH&S guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest ways to enhance processes.
  • Assist other departments when needed.
About you:
  • Comfortable using power and hand tools.
  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work, and building things from start to finish.
  • Physically capable of lifting 15-20 kilograms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
