About the role
The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking an experienced Change Manager to deliver an effective change program in support of the Business Process Redesign and Automation Program.
To be successful in this role you will use your high level stakeholder engagement skills, extensive change manager experience and organisational awareness to develop a change program that addresses all system, process and people considerations relevant to the delivery of the Business Process Redesign and Automation Program.

**Duties include**:

- Undertake an impact analysis of any proposed changes to systems and processes, to determine any negative impacts on business continuity for all impacted staff and Judicial Officers during the process.
- Develop and implement a communication plan in conjunction with key internal stakeholders including the communications and PW&C team.
- Work with key stakeholders to effectively identify change impacts, risks and mitigation actions to effectively support the process, systems and staff.
