We have currently have a position available for an experienced Document Controller to join our clients Perth based team.

- Monday - Friday - Family Friendly 8 hour days

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role on large scale projects within the construction, mining and resources industries.
- Microsoft Office Suite basic
- High attention to detail and proven organisational and time management skills

**Key responsibilities**
- Liaise with Contractors and Package Managers to ensure correct document control submission procedures are adhered to.
- Process and validation of incoming Contractor submissions, in accordance with project document control procedures ensuring control, integrity, and validity.
- Issuing and managing workflows for review and acceptance of Contractor documents and drawings.
- Ensuring that documentation is distributed in accordance with project guidelines and procedures.
- Preparing reports to support the management and tracking of Contractor submissions.
- Complete a progressive transition (Handover) of information to operations and maintenance.
