Each guard operates with professionalism, vigilance, and a commitment to excellence, tailored to suit the unique needs of each site we protect.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain a strong visible presence** to deter theft, anti-social behavior, and unauthorized access.
- **Monitor entry and exit points**, verify credentials, and log visitor activity.
- **Conduct routine patrols** of the premises to identify and report security breaches or hazards.
- **Respond to incidents** swiftly and appropriately, including emergencies, disturbances, and medical situations.
- **Report and document** all occurrences clearly and accurately for management or authorities.
- **Liaise with local police and emergency services** when required.
- **Support staff and management** by maintaining a safe environment, especially during high-risk hours or operations.
- **Enforce site-specific rules and regulations**, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

**Qualities of Secure One Guards**
- Fully licensed and trained under WA regulations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experienced in conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Capable of working independently or alongside existing staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $44,411.05 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
