We are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our fast paced and dynamic team in our cozy office with free parking.

Temporary to Permanent. Hit the ground running

**This role will include**:

- Booking and managing employees flights for a variety of mine sites and accommodation coordination
- Generating Quotes for clients' labour requirement
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team and reporting and supporting the HR Leader
- Liaising with site staff and some general administration including customer enquiries
- Maintaining document control and ISO standards
- Must be able to commit to over time work, which will be shared across the mobilisation team/coordinators.
- Organising site specific inductions, PPE and medical requirements

**It is envisaged that a successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Current rostering experience in a busy mining and construction environment
- Exceptional multi-tasking ability and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Have high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- Able to be resilient and take on the fast paced and high intensity environment of the role.
- Must be able to understand urgency and placement of employees
