**Your New Career**:
Stepping into the **Talent Acquisition Specialist** position is akin to spearheading a pivotal mission in the realm of recruitment. Your role will focus on carrying out recruitment duties for our clients, working hand-in-hand with our in-house team of Recruitment Marketers and Account Executives.

Reporting to the Team Lead, it's paramount to ensure our talent acquisition strategies are both effective and precise, tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Working from either our global head office in** Milton, Brisbane**, or at our** **central **Melbourne** office on Lonsdale Street, your more typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Internal Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team to ensure consistent communication, align on strategies, and facilitate seamless execution of projects.
