**Job Role: Talent Acquisition Associate**

**Responsibilities**:
**Screening and Evaluation**:

- Assist in the coordination of technical assessments and other evaluation methods.

**Interview Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
**Job Postings and Advertising**:

- Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of different recruitment channels.

**Data Management**:

- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.

Onboarding Support:

- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
