**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Project Support Officer** to be part of our **Project Management Office - Technology Command**. The Project Support Officer performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
The Project Coordinator will be adept at orchestrating and facilitating various aspects of projects within the organisation. There will also be some focus on recruitment which involves coordinating and streamlining the hiring process, collaborating with hiring managers. The Project Coordinator will bring organisational skills to the forefront, managing timelines, reporting and tracking project milestones. This multifaceted role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a strategic approach to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Target Question 1**:
As a coordinator you will be involved in weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting to a variety of stakeholders. Using examples explain your experience with Project Reporting, both Status and Financial.
**Target Question 2**:
In this role you may be required to deal with diverse and sometimes challenging stakeholders. Describe a situation where you have had to use sound communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a challenging interaction with a customer / client or stakeholder, explain the outcome?
