Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer who Provides high-quality project administration support to the team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Project data control and integrity - own and manage new supply project data in core systems.
- Work with the Delivery team to ensure all new supply projects are created correctly in one system.
- Ensure project forecasts (milestones and cash flow) are updated regularly as and when new information becomes available.
- Run project reports from the core systems to ensure the accuracy of regular updates.
- Ensure alignment between one System project data and SAP.
- Understanding the complexity of various project types and determining how the project data is to be structured.

**Essential criteria**:

- Good Excel skills
- Sound understanding of development/construction project management.
- Experience with SAP
