Overview
The
Campaign Manager
(Partnerships)
in the Marketing team will oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, with a strong focus on partnerships and sponsorships. You will also support broader marketing initiatives across sports, racing, brand and product campaigns. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver campaigns end-to-end, from the initial idea through to execution and reporting, making sure everything stays on brand and meets compliance requirements.
- Work closely with major partners including NBL, PGA, Darts, Darwin Turf Club and others, keeping everything on track and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with the creative team to get campaign assets produced on time, making sure they hit the mark with both brand standards and partner expectations.
- Collaborate across teams to assign tasks, track progress, and keep everyone accountable, while keeping communication clear with stakeholders at every step.
- Monitor campaign performance and deal entitlements, sharing insights that help lift the impact of future campaigns.
- Assist with managing budgets to make sure campaigns are delivered within agreed financials.
- Step in quickly to resolve issues or negotiate with partners to keep campaigns running smoothly and deliver the best outcomes.
*Skills & Qualifications*
Proven experience in campaign or project management, particularly within marketing or partnerships.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional stakeholder management, not shy to chase internal or external teams to ensure everything is actioned in time and to a high standard.
Experience working on campaigns in the sports or entertainment sectors, with a passion for racing and sports being highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
