About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our passionate Lotto brand marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to contribute to two of Australia's most iconic brands, Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall. Our Lotto brands proudly hold the title of creating more millionaires than any other lottery in the country.
You'll play a key role in delivering campaigns and initiatives that bring joy to millions each week, while driving growth, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the future of our brands.
What you'll do
In this role you'll bring the Lotto portfolio to life every week, making sure our campaigns inspire players, deliver strong results, and uphold our brand vision. You'll:
- Lead iconic campaigns: Take ownership of campaign planning and delivery across Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall, including base draws and landmark events like Megadraw. Focus on execution excellence while contributing to campaign strategy and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Contribute to media and creative strategy: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager, agencies, and internal teams to shape approaches, while leading delivery of agreed activity.
- Deliver with precision: Plan timelines, manage budgets, and keep campaigns on track while meeting compliance, legal, and Responsible Play standards.
- Contribute to growth: Support the Lotto portfolio marketing plan and revenue targets through execution of brand communication strategies.
- Turn data into action: Lead sales reporting and brand health tracking (participation, frequency, spend and awareness), translating insights into clear improvements.
- Bring ideas to life: Brief and deliver assets across media, digital, and content, ensuring every touchpoint is consistent and on-brand.
- Innovate and improve: Champion a test-and-learn mindset, monitor research and promotional activity, and refine our approach every quarter.
- Collaborate widely: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner with agencies to plan, implement, and monitor effectiveness.
- Support and inspire others: Guide the Marketing Coordinator, support senior managers, contribute to wider initiatives, and help foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a brand manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead two of Australia's most loved games.
You'll thrive here if you're commercially minded, creative, and energised by working with others to make a real impact. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- At least five (5) years of relevant marketing experience, ideally including previous brand management roles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or a related business discipline).
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive both brand and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns across advertising, media, digital channels, customer segmentation and marketing research.
- Confidence in budget management and financial analysis, including monitoring spend and forecasting performance.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- A genuine passion for brand building and a desire to create campaigns that inspire, excite and connect with millions of Australians.
What you'll get
Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, the perks of working with us are pretty good too
The list is extensive but here are a few:
- Flex for great outcomes - balance work and life with flexible working options.
- A variety of leave types including cultural leave, flexi leave, volunteer leave, purchased leave, and 18 weeks' paid parental leave for all new parents.
- A true sense of belonging - we're committed to inclusion and diversity, with a range of initiatives and employee networks.
- Access to a comprehensive wellbeing program supporting mental and physical health.
- Opportunities to volunteer with our community partners, plus dollar-matched fundraising for registered charities.
- A dedicated learning and development platform with resources to support your future.
- A one-off reimbursement payment to set up and optimise your home office.
