To ensure your success in this role you will have:
A minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role

Prior experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor or Manager

Leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team

Ability to work as a team player and embrace the knowledge of others

Good time management of multiple bookings

Must be available 5 days per week on a 7 day rotating roster

Evening, weekend, and public holiday work essential

Excellent problem solving skills in a busy environment

Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural clientele

Strong computer literacy and previous computer reservations experience

Excellent communication skills, time management and dedication

Exceptional guest relations and customer service

Immaculate grooming and presentation

Strong understanding of the market segmentation

Knowledge of inbound reservations

Clear communication skills, flexible, resilient and passionate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
