The Y Ballarat is seeking an experienced HR leader to become our Executive Manager - People and Culture. The role will oversee and lead our organisation’s people and culture operations across our substantial portfolio that includes over 100 service locations including kindergartens, long day care centre’s, outside school hours care venues, swimming lessons and youth education and engagement. As the Executive Manager - People and Culture, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership team to implement our vision and mission, ensuring the delivery of strategic goals and objectives. Your ability to understand people and business challenges, combined with a workforce development knowledge that empowers others and allows our people to thrive will inform your contribution to our future growth.
