**About the Role**

Our Positive Behaviour Support team have new opportunities for experienced and passionate Behaviour Support (Core) Practitioners to join our leading multi-disciplinary team and provide positive behaviour supports to individuals on the autism spectrum across the lifespan.
- Our Behaviour Support Practitioners must be suitably registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission to provide behaviour support.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Education, or other relevant field (including professional registration/membership)
- Ability to practice at a Core Level against the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice regarding the delivery of positive behaviour support within diverse environments, including home, school and community
- Case Management skills including establishing effective helping relationships, conducting assessments, developing intervention plans & working together with clients to provide support and meet identified needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents, professionals and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to maintain work quality and performance during tight schedules

**Special Conditions**
- Evidence of current Covid-19 Vaccination
- **NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & WWCC Blue Card (paid workers)
- Provide First Aid inc. Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate
