As a Behaviour Practitioner, you will create and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive change and enhance quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Conduct behavioural assessments and develop tailored support plans.
- Provide direct intervention and collaborate with families and professionals.
- Deliver training on behaviour management techniques.
- Maintain accurate client records and stay updated on best practices.

**Qualifications/ Skills**
- MUST be Core Level or above.
- MUST have NDIS Practitioner ID.
- MUST have experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- (Ideally) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience in writing detailed documents/ reports.
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for helping others.
