**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Raising of PO’s and submitting to suppliers, dealing with queries, updates regarding PO’s
- Check agreed pricing, ensuring all deposits and payments are made timeously
- Checking and approval of barcodes, carton markings, inner + outer quantities from suppliers
- Tracking ETD and ETA dates with suppliers
- Continuous update of shipping schedule
- Liaising with freight forwarders - delivery dates, documentation, shipping rates, inbound order tracking
- Submitting new product information to 3PL warehouse
- General admin/ad hoc as required
**About you**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Highly organised individual
- Strong communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Knowledge of MYOB/MYOB Advanced highly advantageous
This is a small office environment; you will be working with a friendly and supportive team of professionals and will at times be required to assist with various other office functions as required.
