**About You**

Hours will be:
Morning shifts from 9:00am - 12:30pm and afternoon will be 2:00pm - 6:00pm

All shifts will be from Monday to Sunday 7 days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual support services and direct care for people with disability and mental health issues.
- Manual handling (hoist machine)
- Support the client in community participation programs
- Provide accurate and detailed incident reports, progress notes and shift handovers
- Supporting with Domestic activities and assistance with personal care
- Manual handling including hoist transfers - manual, electric / assisted standing
- Medication assistance
- Assist with meal preparation
- Willingness to work with individuals with complex behaviors of concern
- Maintaining records of client progress

**ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT**:

- ADVANTAGEOUS if you have experience working in mental health sector and handling clients with Behaviors of Concerns
- MUST have your own car and comprehensive car insurance
- Full and Clean Australian Driver’s License
- International Police Check (if applicable)
- Qualification or Studying Disability/Nursing/Social Work/similar OR has equivalent experience
- Working with Children Check (must be employee card, not volunteer)
- First Aid Level 2 (current)
- CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence is required

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
