Are you ready for your next challenge?

We are seeking a hands-on Beverage & Bar Supervisor who can confidently lead by example across both floor and bar operations to join our team at **Pearl Dining**, a premium venue located inside the iconic AMP building at Circular Quay. This versatile role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working as a floor supervisor, bar supervisor, or bartender as required.. Pearl Dining operates **Thursday & Friday lunches** and **Tuesday to Saturday dinners**.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year as a team leader or supervisor in a premium restaurant setting.
- **Beverage Expertise**: Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage service. Ability to recommend pairings, maintain stock levels, coordinate tastings and pairing events, and deliver engaging training sessions to staff.
- **Leadership**: Ability to manage the venue as a Supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a high level of guest service.
- **Guest Experience**: Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond.
- **Team Communication**: Strong collaboration with FOH and BOH teams to maintain excellent operations.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings and weekends and willing to jump into different roles as needed.

**Salary**: $67,000 - $77,000 per annual + super, depending on experience.
