**Pearl Dining Circular Quay **is hiring full-time bartender

Lotus Dining Group has 8 restaurants across Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs boasting modern Chinese cuisine, delicious dumplings, award wining wine lists and sophisticated signature cocktails. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Bartenders to become a crucial part of the professional team at Pearl Dining (Circular Quay) of our beautiful CBD locations.

Pearl Dining is one of the premium brand under Lotus dining group. We are offering more tan 200 bottles of wine as well as modern Cantonese twist dishes with Australian local products

Pearl has around 128 seating included balcony and indoor seating. We also offer 2 of our private dining room for the special event as well as harbour bridge view that will take you through our exceptional service of your dining experience.

**This is a long term position available to those that have the right to work in Australia and hold a NSW RSA**

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
