**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for a confident, hands-on **Front Office Supervisor** to help lead our guest services team at View Sydney. You’ll be the go-to person on shift - keeping things running smoothly, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest experience is superb from the moment they arrive.

This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, loves mentoring others, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
**We’re looking for the right fit to grow into a Duty Manager role - someone ready to step up and shape the future of our front office leadership.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee daily front office operations and step in to resolve any issues
- Support and coach team members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle escalated guest requests and feedback with professionalism and heart
- Keep the vibe upbeat and the standards high - from shift briefings to check-out
- Work closely with other departments to keep everything ticking
- Lead by example - calm, capable, and always guest-focused

**Who You Are**
- An experienced front office or hospitality professional ready to take the next step
- A natural leader with a warm, approachable style
- Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
- Skilled in guest systems and reservation platforms (HMS Infor experience a plus)
- A great communicator with a sharp eye for detail
- Someone with full working rights in Australia

Pay: From $26.73 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
