The Infrastructure Investment Banking team specialises in providing strategic advisory services to clients in the infrastructure sector, including utilities, transportation, energy, and social infrastructure projects.

Role Overview:
As an Investment Banking Associate focusing on infrastructure, you will play a key role in executing a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments. You will work closely with senior bankers to provide expert financial analysis, develop complex financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare client presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking while focusing on the dynamic and rapidly evolving infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and valuation, including financial modelling, comparable company analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct industry and market research to support transaction execution and business development efforts.
- Participate in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and negotiations with counterparties.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including senior bankers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on infrastructure or project finance transactions.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience at a reputable investment bank or fund manager is highly desirable.
