**The Role**
The APS6 Transition Engagement Manager provides support to the directorate and wider Joint Transition Authority (JTA) to progress the engagement, education and awareness of the JTA, including supporting the implementation of strategies and opportunities to inform stakeholders of the advancement of the transition ecosystem on behalf of the JTA.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate, monitor and report on the opportunities to engage with stakeholders
- Maintain the artefacts and information flow to stakeholders.
- Monitor publications and processes being undertaken by stakeholders.
- Produce social media and website content
- Use web analytics to inform continuous improvement of the Transition website
- Support the implementation of the JTA information campaign plan and identify key communication priorities
- Produce high quality written documents

**About our Team**
The JTA is looking for high performing individuals to be a part of their small but dynamic team.

The JTA’s purpose is to better prepare and support ADF members and their families as they transition from military to civilian life. Working collaboratively with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation and other stakeholders providing support to ADF members, our aim is to identify how transition services can be better connected and improved.

Skills / Experience:

- Ability to use initiative, and work flexibly and autonomously with little supervision.
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills, with the ability to plan, multi-task and prioritise shifting and competing deadlines and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly develop networks with stakeholders and engagement partners.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and deliver continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively to build and sustain effective relationships.
