**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver on innovative digital solutions that will make a high impact. In addition to this, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, while leading your digital marketing team to success. If you are an inspiring leader and love supporting a team to achieve state of the art digital solutions, then we would like to meet with you.

This is a 12 month maternity leave contract.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or PR or Marketing Communications
- Experience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
