**Role Overview**:
Markets our products & services by developing and implementing innovative strategy for advertising campaigns, creating captivating content, communicating to guests and reporting on key analytics to the Managing Partner.

**Role Responsibilities**:
+ Tracks data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and prepares reporting for review.

+ Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing key dates and business targets; includes preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

+ Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing platform data.

+ Researches competitive products & services, evaluating trend characteristics and how the business can participate.

+ Remains flexible to adapting requests as the business’ needs develop.

+ Management & timely communication to guests on multiple platforms.

**Details**:
+ 5 - 10+ hours per week

+ Flexible hours & work-week structures, as long as deadlines are met

+ Reside in the Greater City of Geelong, with access to one office day per week at our Geelong west location.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
+ Direct & Digital marketing

+ Project management

+ Reporting & Analysing platform data

+ Understanding the businesses, tone of voice, customer & digital platforms

+ Process improvement

+ Initiative

+ Organisation & Planning

+ Proven working experience in digital marketing

+ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

A positive, can do attitude essential with a willingness and openness to learn

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
